On Tuesday, March 23, 2021, Muhamad Mardiono made a working visit to Banten province.
This visit is an effort to absorb the aspirations from the community, as well as to ensure that the pro-people government programs are on target and well implemented, including programs that are being intensified recently by the government, namely Covid-19 vaccination.
This visit was carried out to a number of religious, community and educational leaders in Banten, such as the former Chairman of the Banten MUI, Prof. K.H. Wahab Afif, M.A., former Rector of UIN SMH Banten, Prof. Dr. H. M.A. Tihami, and the charismatic scholar, K.H. Munfassir.
According to Mardiono, in the current Covid-19situation and economic recovery, all community leaders and national figures must play an active role to educate and persuade the community to keep rise and remain optimistic. “The spirit of mutual cooperation and strong solidarity has become our culture and tradition to get out of the pandemic crisis. We must continue to obey the Covid-19 health protocols, either while we studying at school or whileon Eid al-Fitr homecoming”, said Mardiono.
