Mr. Suharso Monoarfa, Member of The Presidential Advisory Council, conducted a working visit to Klungkung Regency, Bali, on Friday, June 1, 2018. The visit was to review the waste utilization project for energy in in Klungkung Regency known as the TOSS program. Waste are managed by method of fermentation, pellet forming and gasification to produce electricity. The TOSS program is a collaboration between the local government of Klungkung Regency, STT PLN and Indonesia Power Company.
