Working Visit of Presidential Advisory Council Member Sidarto Danusubroto to Thailand

Presidential Advisory Council Member Sidarto Danusubroto, accompanied by the
Secretary of the Presidential Advisory Council Member Sudiman Tarigan, conducted a
working visit to Bangkok, Thailand, to observe the preparations for the 2024 Elections.
During the visit, Sidarto also held a meeting with Indonesian citizens residing in Bangkok
and surrounding areas in an event titled ‘Strengthening the Nation and State Pillars’. The
event, held on Sunday (28/01/24) at the Indonesian Embassy in Bangkok, was attended by the
Indonesian Ambassador H.E Rachmad Budiman, officials and staff of the Indonesian
Embassy, Indonesian Diaspora, PPI Thailand, PPLN, Panwaslu, and various other community
representatives, totaling approximately 80 people.
In his presentation, Sidarto emphasized the importance for Indonesian citizens, even
when residing in other countries, to uphold diversity, unity, and national integrity as children
of the nation based on Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, the Unitary State of the Republic of
Indonesia (NKRI), and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (Unity in Diversity). Additionally, he urged all
eligible citizens to exercise their right to vote in the 2024 Elections.
