Member of the Presidential Advisory Council of the Republic of Indonesia, Putri Kus Wisnu Wardani, attended the peak event commemorating the 40th National Sports Day in 2023 with the theme ‘Arena of Winning Spirit’ on September 9, 2023, held at the Velodrome Rawamangun Sports Arena in Jakarta.
Putri appreciated this event, considering that sports have significant potential to drive national development and boost the economy through its activities and organized events.
President Joko Widodo, through the Minister of Youth and Sports, Dito Ariotedjo, emphasized the importance of developing a robust sports ecosystem, including the promotion of sports science in various universities. During the occasion, awards were also presented to outstanding athletes and sports advocates in Indonesia. The event was attended by the Minister of Defense, Prabowo Subianto, and the Chief of Police, Listyo Sigit Prabowo.
