H.R. Agung Laksono, Member of the Presidential Advisory Council, accompanied by Ganjar Razuni, Secretary of Wantimpres Member opened a limited meeting with the theme “Legal Voids of Underground Space Utilization of MRT Activities and Their Prospects for National Arrangement” on Friday, October 14, 2022. This limited meeting is a continuation of previous activities.
This meeting discussed the use of underground space as well as the Karebosi Mall in Makassar City in relation to the law of underground space utilization. In addition, academics also presented views in order to generate strategic and comprehensive thoughts on the legal protection of underground space utilization.
Present as speakers at the meeting were Andi Sudirman Sulaiman, Governor of South Sulawesi, Mohammad Ramdhan Pomanto, Mayor of Makassar, Prof. Bhakti Setiawan and Prof. Sudjito, Academician of Gadjah Mada University.
