Secretary to the Members of the Presidential Advisory Council (Wantimpres), Dr. Drs. Ganjar Razuni S.H., representing H.R. Agung Laksono, accompanied by the Support Team for Wantimpres Members, Bulan Indah Putri Seme and Kemas Fadli Safari, received the Fleming Fund Team, Ministry of Health, at the Wantimpres Office on Thursday, (02/04/2022).
In this activity, Dr. Drs. Ganjar Razuni S.H. together with the Senior Director of Inter-Agency Relations, Fleming Fund and staff discussed the awareness of the government, stakeholders, regarding the control of antimicrobial resistance/immunity (AMR) to drugs that are not only for humans but also occur in animals. AMR has emerged as one of the biggest health challenges in many parts of the world, as it can impact many sectors. In addition, the government’s readiness to deal with the ‘silent pandemic’ that will occur due to AMR was also discussed.
