On Monday, May 30, 2022, Member of the Presidential Advisory Council (Wantimpres) Muhamad Mardiono paid a visit to the Cilegon Primary Tax Office. In this activity, Mardiono, who was accompanied by the Secretary to the Wantimpres Members, Mohammed Ali Berawi and Wantimpres experts team, held a meeting and discussion with the head of the Banten Regional Tax Office, Yoyok Satiotomo and the head of the Cilegon Primary Tax Office, Arvin Krissandi, to discuss strengthening the people’s economy through taxes services in favor of MSMEs.
Mardiono explained that our MSMEs have contributed significantly to the GDP contribution, of which more than 90% of business units in Indonesia are in the form of MSMEs. This meeting discussed support for the development of the populist economy and MSMEs, including marketing assistance through the MSME Gallery at the tax office, assistance in improving MSME financial management through BSD (business development service), intensifying socialization of the use of the M-Tax application for recording daily transactions, intensifying the WA helpdesk for making eBilling and extending the deadline for using the final tariff for individual MSME actors.
