Narcotics and Drug (Narkoba) problems are a very dangerous threat. Not only causing fatalities, draining properties, psychological damage, or triggering crime with violence in the community, it can also destroy the generation of a nation. Based on this, the Member of the Presidential Advisory Council, Mr. M. Yusuf Kartanegara, conducted a study team on the Optimalization of the Countermeasures of Narcotics and Drug (Narkoba) Abuse to Create Conducive State of Security. To attain an overview of the prevention of drug abuse in Riau Province, Mr. M. Yusuf Kartanegara and team visited Pekanbaru and held a meeting with the National Intelligence Agency (Badan Intelijen Negara) of Riau Province on Monday, September 24, 2018. (DKP)
