Sidarto Danusubroto, Member of the Presidential Advisory Council together with Budi Karya
Sumadi, Minister of Transportation, reviewed Air Traffic at the Jakarta Air Traffic Service Center
and monitored Mudik Lebaran (Eid Al-Fitr) in 2022 at Terminal 2 of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. On
this occasion, the Minister of Transportation said that the number of passengers at Soekarno-
Hatta Airport was higher than in 2019. On D-3 yesterday, there were 141,000 aircraft passengers,
which means that it is about 3 percent higher than in 2019 as well as indicating that economic
activity has started to move.
After reviewing Mudik Lebaran flow in 2022 at Terminal 2 of Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Sidarto
Danusubroto with Budi Karya Sumadi headed to Cikaledong, Simpang Nagreg, West Java to
review the Mudik post as well as distribution of basic necessities to the officers at the post.
Sidarto Danusubroto, emphasized that the public’s interest is very high for this year’s Mudik
Lebaran. He is also grateful because it proves an improvement in economic conditions in the
midst of the Covid 19 pandemic. “I was assigned here 34 years ago. Nagreg’s center is jammedhere beside the north lane. We are monitoring the Mudik route for two weeks but not as much as
it is now. We are grateful that this explosion is a sign of our economic progress. Hopefully, when
the flow comes back, we will still be able to control the backflow
